Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.
  • Large or custom orders may require additional lead time. If applicable, estimated shipping times will be communicated in advance.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship using trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination.
  • For large or pallet shipments, freight rates will be provided upon order confirmation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected:

  • Domestic orders (Netherlands): 2-5 business days
  • EU countries: 5-10 business days
  • International orders: 10-20 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

International Shipping & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • De Weldaad is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect shipments upon delivery.
  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Claims should be submitted with photographic evidence and relevant details to wholesale@weldaad.com.

Returns & Order Adjustments

  • B2B orders are final and cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
  • Order adjustments must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Freight & Large Orders

For larger wholesale orders requiring palletized shipping, we work with specialized freight partners to ensure safe transport.

  • Freight costs will be calculated based on volume and destination.
  • Buyers must ensure that they have appropriate unloading facilities for large shipments.
